We Advocate for Policies that Keep Housing Costs Down.

Nevada Housing Now was founded in 2019 with a clear mission: to fight the housing affordability crisis and ensure that all Nevadans, including renters, first-time buyers, and longtime residents have access to attainable housing and the opportunity to build financial security. Over the past six years, we’ve grown into a coalition of more than 8,000 individuals and organizations united in the fight to expand housing availability and protect affordability.
We’ve worked to educate lawmakers on the policies and outdated regulations that drive up costs, championed market-driven solutions that increase supply and stabilize prices, and pushed back against proposals that would deepen the housing divide—because every hardworking Nevadan deserves a roof over their head and an affordable place to call home.
